Rocky Mountain Rheumatology provides focused evaluation and treatment for autoimmune and inflammatory conditions with care tailored to each patient.
We diagnose and manage a range of rheumatologic concerns related to immune system dysfunction and chronic inflammation.
Compassionate, personalized, and evidence-based rheumatology care for patients throughout Great Falls and surrounding Montana communities.
We specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, gout, lupus, Sjögren's syndrome, vasculitis, scleroderma, osteoporosis, sarcoidosis, myositis, and other complex rheumatic diseases.
Founded by Stacey Johnson, FNP-C, Rocky Mountain Rheumatology was established to improve access to specialized rheumatology care across Montana communities.
With extensive experience caring for patients with rheumatic diseases, Stacey partners with each patient to develop individualized treatment plans focused on reducing pain, preserving function, and improving quality of life.
We believe healthcare works best when patients are heard, informed, and actively involved in their care. We take time to listen, answer questions, and help you fully understand your diagnosis and treatment options.
We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care tailored to the diagnosis and long-term management of rheumatologic conditions.
Stacey Johnson earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Georgetown University, where she completed most of her clinical training in Internal Medicine and developed a passion for caring for patients with complex chronic diseases.
